At Commercial Condominium Management Company we view the job of manager as that of daily caretaker, serving at the direction of the Board of Directors. Our primary function is to care for the property such that not only are the needs of the members served, but also that both the property and the property values are maintained at a high standard. Furthermore, we strive to manage the affairs of the Association in the most economical manner.
Our mission is to provide the highest quality management agent services to commercial, non-residential condominium association throughout the Washington, D.C. metropolitan area. Our goal is to provide all services envisioned by the Condominium Documents consistent with sound fiscal policy. Furthermore, we seek to keep an open line of communication with the Board of Directors and, indeed, all unit owners.
Commercial Condominium Management Company performs all accounting function in house and uses as the basis for its accounting computer software designed specifically for condominium associations. The software manufacturer based in Gaithersburg, Maryland has created the Jenark system designed exclusively for the property management industry. In addition to monthly general ledger and financial reports, Jenark creates individual statements of account and monthly late notice letters, amongst other reports.
To be effective, association management must be involved with the affairs of the Association on virtually a daily basis. This commitment by Commercial Condominium
Management Company will relieve the burden of concern and involvement from the shoulders of the members of the Board of Directors. The Board can then devote its time and attention to the important task of charting and monitoring the direction of the Association.
At Commercial Condominium Management Company we view the role of association management as striving to maintain the condominium dues at the lowest possible level while still providing all vital services. An equally important management goal is to prolong the useful life of the general common elements. And last but not least is the handling of the daily affairs of the Association in accordance with the By-Laws and the directives of the Board of Directors such that each unit owner is able to concentrate on the affairs of their respective businesses, confident that the daily management is in capable hands.
